We are working with a global law firm seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer (4 PQE) to join their London-based team on a 2–3 month interim basis. This role sits within a busy and well-regarded employment practice, supporting a diverse range of clients on contentious and non-contentious matters. The position is remote and offers a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment. Advise clients on a broad range of employment law issues including disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, and TUPE Draft and negotiate employment-related agreements such as settlement agreements and service contracts Handle employment tribunal claims and support on dispute strategy and case preparation Collaborate with clients, HR teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver commercial and pragmatic legal advice Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 4 years’ PQE Experienced in both contentious and advisory matters for corporate clients Excellent communication and drafting skills with a strong eye for detail Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment ’ Work with a top-tier global employment practice on high-quality mandates 2–3 month interim contract with remote working Exposure to complex and varied client work Competitive day rate in a collaborative, high-performing team
