Duties and responsibilities related to the Human Resources Officer role
1. You will assist in the day-to-day operation of HR, including colleague engagement, relations, wellbeing, performance, and absence management.
2. Quickly building rapport with our teams, you will provide advice and support across a variety of job functions.
3. Support the administration of monthly payroll processes, including preparing updates, maintaining accurate colleague records, and liaising with the Payroll team to ensure timely and correct payment.
