About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Trade Sales Executive to drive growth in the out-of-home and hospitality sectors. You’ll play a key role in expanding our presence in cafés, pubs, hotels, and independent stores, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Responsibilities
* Build and grow Dewkes’ presence in hospitality and out-of-home venues across the UK
* Manage the full B2B sales process, from prospecting to closing
* Develop strong relationships with venue owners, managers, and buyers
* Represent a fun, premium, dog-obsessed brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
* Meet and exceed sales targets, supported by a competitive commission structure
* Collaborate remotely with the wider Dewkes team, ideally based in or regularly travelling to South Wales
Qualifications
* Proven B2B sales experience, ideally selling into the hospitality or foodservice sector
* Strong knowledge of the out-of-home market and how to approach decision-makers
* Experience using CRM systems to manage leads, pipeline, and customer records
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and hit targets
* Passion for premium products — and a love of dogs is a must!
