Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Sales Executive role based on-site in Southend-On-Sea. The Senior Sales Executive will oversee the sales process, maintain strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets for residential properties. Responsibilities include managing inquiries, conducting property tours, negotiating sales contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. This role also involves liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
* Strong customer relationship management and communication skills
* Experience in property sales, real estate, or a related field
* Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
* Knowledge of the construction or housing industry is a plus
