Honeycomb Jobs is working with a large Public Sector organisation, looking to recruit an Office Manager for 6 months, to be reviewed, with a base site of Knockbracken. The Role: To provide a high level of administrative support to Senior Management, to include the Chair, Chief Executive and Board Secretary. This role would be fantastic for a seasoned administrative professional, with exceptional IT Skills. Duties will include but will not be limited to: Manage all correspondence for Chair and Chief Executive Offices; delegating to other Officers, drafting letter responses and acting on own initiative. Action all queries raised by internal and external stakeholders. Maintain and develop an effective filing function, both manual and electronic. Assist in the timely planning and execution of corporate events, including the preparation of programmes and papers. Act as a point of contact of co-ordination for all travel approvals. To be responsible for the monitoring and ordering of all equipment and supplies as appropriate. Assist in filing of Master files for Board, Committee and Senior Management and team meetings, as well as the receipt and distribution of Departmental circulars. Qualifications/ Experience: A university Degree and 1 years' experience (at Band 4 or equivalent) of supervising staff OR; Administrative experience extending over 5 years to include 2 years' experience ( at Band 4 or equivalent) of supervision of staff.
