They are seeking an experienced Site Manager who has the relevant certificates to help deliver a small refurbishment and upgrade of a Lloyds Bank Your duties will be the general day to day tasks, making sure the trades are working safely, the site is on time and to budget. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication. * Implement and monitor health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. * Regularly review progress and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
