Sales Executive
Location: Salford, M50 2GT (2 days in the office, Monday and Tuesday and 3 days working from home)
Salary: £22,932 plus possibility to earn commission on sales (£3,500+ per year on-target earning) per annum
Hours: 35 per week
Contract: Permanent

At the British Red Cross, we're seeking highly motivated, target-driven sales professionals to join our team. In this role, you'll promote and sell our first aid courses and products while fostering strong customer relationships to drive additional sales. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding first aid training across the UK, ensuring that more people are equipped to act in an emergency. You'll maintain an engaged customer base, ultimately helping us save lives and build trust with those we serve.
A day in the life of a Sales Executive
* Conduct inbound and outbound calls to potential customers, introducing Red Cross Training courses and services, and generating interest to drive sales.
* Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, address concerns, and provide accurate information to foster trust and close sales.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, ensuring that individual goals align with broader team objectives.
* Update the CRM and booking systems with detailed customer interactions, sales activities, and transaction information to maintain accurate records.
* Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and feedback, and working with colleagues to ensure continuous improvement and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
* Experience delivering outstanding customer service, with a genuine passion for creating a great customer experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive sales and successfully address objections.
* Proactive and goal-oriented, capable of working independently as well as collaborating effectively within a team.
* Proficient in IT, with strong knowledge of productivity software, including Microsoft Office.
