Required Experience
* Strong Canvas App Development experience – with a focus on user experience and responsive design.
* Dataverse Knowledge
* Understanding of the Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) and Canvas Components
* Understanding of the Microsoft Creator Kit Components
* Strong Power Automate Knowledge – with a focus on enterprise scalable cloud automation
* Strong understanding of Model Driven App with skill in customizing forms, views, dashboards and how to extend model driven apps with Custom Pages, PCF components and Javascript Web resources
* Strong understanding of the Security model including role-based security, business units, and ownership of records
* Understanding of HTML, JavaScript and JSON
* Power Bi Report building experience
* Experience customising command bars in model driven apps
* Experience with building Copilot Studio solutions
* Experience with scaling Copilot and Agentic solutions with the Azure AI Foundry
* Experience with infusing AI into the Microsoft Power Platform
Desirable Experience
* Familiarity of Power Pages
* Experience building offline apps is highly desirable.
