We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team as additional staff due to continued growth. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks. Duties
* Manage daily office operations, ensuring an efficient workflow.
* Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Organise and file documents systematically for easy retrieval.
* Provide clerical support, including drafting correspondence and managing schedules.
* Assist in maintaining inventory of office supplies and placing orders as necessary.
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Support team members with administrative tasks as required.
Skills
* Proficient in office administration with experience in clerical duties.
* Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Familiarity with Sage is advantageous but not essential.
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Competent in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the administrative field.
