HR Search Partner - specialising in mid-senior and executive level Human Resources hiring on a permanent and interim basis.
HR Manager – Surrey onsite 4 days per week. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join an established and innovative engineering business to support its continued growth. This is a hands-on and wide-ranging role, working closely with the organisation's leadership team to shape people practices, drive employee engagement, and ensure HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as first point of contact for HR matters, supporting managers and employees across the business.
* Lead recruitment and onboarding, including apprenticeships and early careers programmes.
* Manage HR documentation, employee relations, and performance/development processes.
* Oversee employee engagement initiatives.
* Manage benefits administration, and HR systems.
* Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies.
* Partner with leadership on a wide range of HR projects to foster a positive, inclusive culture.
About You
* Proven experience in a standalone HR Manager role, within a similar innovative, tech-driven business.
* Strong employment law knowledge.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing deadlines.
* Confident working independently while building strong relationships across the business.
