Interim Employment Counsel – Financial Services | London (Hybrid)

We’re partnering with a globally recognised business on a key Interim Employment Counsel hire. Joining a high-performing legal team, you’ll support both UK and international operations, with a strong focus on corporate employment, reward, and senior stakeholder matters during a critical period.
What you’ll be doing:
* Providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice across a broad range of employment law matters
* Advising on executive compensation, benefits, and incentive structures (including bonus and LTIPs)
* Supporting on corporate transactions, including M&A activity
* Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, policies, and related documentation
* Partnering closely with HR, Reward, and senior stakeholders across the business to deliver timely solutions
Who we’re looking for:
* A qualified employment lawyer with strong UK experience (private practice and/or in-house)
* Proven track record across corporate employment matters, including TUPE
* Experience in reward, benefits, and executive compensation
* Experience in Financial Services is not essential, however must have experience in large scale businesses
* Confident operating in a fast-paced, business-facing environment with senior stakeholders
* Immediately available or on a short notice period
