Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menu specifications.
* Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
* Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
* Monitor food quality during preparation and service, making adjustments as necessary.
* Support the serving team by plating dishes attractively and efficiently.
Skills
* Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment.
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
* Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Culinary experience that demonstrates creativity and attention to detail in meal presentation.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
