Office based and then hybrid after probation (4 Months)

We're exclusively partnered with a leading professional services organisation in London who are looking to add a talented Human Resources Officer to their growing HR team.

This isn't just another HR Officer job. You'll be the go-to person for managers across the business, shaping recruitment, driving employee engagement, and supporting a wide range of HR initiatives. You'll gain exposure to the full HR lifecycle - from employee relations to L&D - while working in a collaborative and supportive team that invests in your growth.
What you'll be doing:
* Be the first point of contact for HR queries across the business
* Advise and guide managers on policies, procedures, and employment law
* Own and manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns, ensuring quality hires
* Support and deliver training, CPD and development programmes
* Advise on disciplinary and grievance cases with confidence
* Maintain HR records and compliance standards
* Build strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners
What we're looking for:
* CIPD qualified (Level 3-5 desirable) or equivalent
* Strong HR generalist experience with recruitment expertise
* Sound knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations cases
* HRIS experience (Workday desirable)
* A confident communicator, able to influence and build trust
* Highly organised, proactive and results-focused with a "can do" approach
