Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Field Sales Operative to generate new business for our SEO and PPC services. This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter with a strong ability to work independently, network effectively, and close deals with confidence.

This is not a traditional office-based role. You’ll be managing your own schedule, using your networking skills and digital know-how to identify and engage with potential clients both online and in-person via networking events.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new leads through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, digital directories, social media) and business networking groups.
* Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, taking time to understand their challenges and presenting tailored SEO and PPC solutions.
* Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging and informative sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations focused on our digital marketing offerings.
* Pipeline Management: Maintain an organised and up-to-date sales pipeline, effectively tracking and managing lead progress through to closure.
* Networking: Represent ElevateOM at business networking events and local business groups to build connections and create new opportunities.
* Account Management: Take ownership of client relationships post-sale, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and acting as their key contact. Liaise with internal teams to monitor campaign performance and address any evolving needs.
* Upselling & Cross-Selling: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance client results through upselling premium packages and cross-selling complementary services.
* Collaboration: Work closely with internal marketing, strategy, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and positive experience for every client.


Ideal Candidate Profile

* Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the digital marketing, SEO or PPC space.
* Solid understanding of SEO and PPC fundamentals and the value they deliver to businesses.
* Confident, articulate communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
* Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable managing your own schedule.
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
* Experience using CRM systems and digital tools to manage leads and communications.
* Willing and able to attend networking events and meet clients in person when needed.


What We Offer

Basic - £40,000 with 10% commission on monthly revenue (uncapped)

OTE - £58,00 after 12 months
