At Neuropool our mission is to change employment odds for Neurodivergent job seekers through an ecosystem of neurodivergent talent pools, universities and employers. We are on track to support over 10,000 neurodivergent candidates into employment by 2030.
We recruit & build neurodivergent talent pools for leading brands like Universal Music Group, Financial times and NTT Data.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience as 360 recruiter specialising in technology & finance and a proven track record of winning new business. This is a niche and diverse role requiring a broad set of skills from commercial acumen and ability to manage our accounts whilst bringing in new business.
Responsibilities:
* Manage all new business development
* Full cycle 360 recruitment
* Track and report growth targets & team KPIs
* Work closely with our CEO to grow the recruitment arm
* Account management and client development
