This is a fast‑paced, site‑based role where you will play a key part in delivering efficient HR administrative support and ensuring a positive employee experience.</p><ul><li><b>Location</b>: Killingholme (DN40)</li><li><b>Salary</b>: £14.42 per hour</li><li><b>Hours</b>: 40 hours per week (working hours flexible between 8:00am 6:00pm)</li><li><b>Contract Type</b>: Fixed Term Contract (3 months)</li></ul><h3>About the Role</h3><p>Working closely with the People Operations Manager and wider site teams, you will support day‑to‑day HR processes, manage employee queries, and help ensure all people‑related activities run smoothly and compliantly.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities will include:</h3><h3>HR Administration</h3><ul><li>Provide accurate and professional HR administrative support on site</li><li>Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR systems</li><li>Prepare and issue routine HR documentation</li><li>Process starters, leavers, transfers, and contractual changes</li><li>Ensure all HR administration is completed in line with deadlines and procedures</li><li>Maintain filing systems in line with GDPR requirements</li></ul><h3>Employee Support</h3><ul><li>Act as the first point of contact for HR‑related queries on site</li><li>Respond to queries regarding onboarding, contracts, payroll, and absence</li><li>Escalate complex issues where appropriate</li><li>Build strong working relationships with employees and managers</li></ul><h3>Onboarding & Inductions</h3><ul><li>Coordinate and support onboarding for all new starters</li><li>Liaise with Head Office Recruitment and Compliance teams</li><li>Deliver site inductions and ensure all documentation is complete</li><li>Ensure new starters are fully prepared for day one</li></ul><h3>Uniform & Equipment</h3><ul><li>Issue uniform and PPE in line with site processes</li><li>Maintain accurate records of issued items</li><li>Monitor stock levels and arrange replenishment</li><li>Support a smooth and organised onboarding experience</li></ul><h3>Compliance & Record Keeping</h3><ul><li>Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee documentation
</li><li>Support audit readiness and reporting requirements</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and GDPR</li></ul><h3>About You?</h3><ul><li>Previous experience in HR, site, or office administration</li><li>Experience handling high volumes of administrative tasks and employee queries</li><li>Experience supporting onboarding or induction processes</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organisational skills</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems</li></ul><p>The site location is not accessible via public transport.
