Job Description
* Operational scope:
o Balances diverse operational environments across two distinct locations
o Allocate time efficiently across sites
* Leadership & People Management:
o Oversea multiple management teams; location managers, head chefs, supervisors
o Adopt a coaching and developing culture across the estate
o Planning resources across two locations, succession planning and leadership development
* Client & stakeholder management:
o Ability to manage multiple client relationships
o Acting as a strategic planner supporting Operations Manager
o Aligns service delivery across locations to the client’s group level expectations
* Financial accountability:
o Responsible for multiple P&Ls and overall contract financial obligations
o Provides consolidated forecasts, budgeting, and future fiscal planning
* Strategy and development
o Drives innovation and efficiencies across locations
o Converts strategy into multi site operational plans
o Benchmark performances between locations to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
* Previous experience commensurate with role
* Have a contagious passion for food and customer service
* You draw satisfaction from managing, training, and supporting a team
* Financially astute, you are very analytical and know how to create and maintain budgets and drive commercial performance
* Excellent delegation and influencing skills
* Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, creative environment and able to work well under pressure
* Meticulous organisational abilities; high attention to detail
* Concise and effective verbal and written communication
* Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective
* Excellent strategic thinking and critical reasoning skills
