We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a busy construction project in Oxford, working for a Main Contractor.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site
* Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard
* Managing snagging lists and quality control
* Ensuring Health & Safety standards are met at all times
* Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management
* Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completion
Requirements
1. Proven experience working as a Site Manager for Main Contractors
2. Valid SMSTS,
