HR Manager – Employee Relations Specialist Farnborough | £55,000 – £65,000 + Bonus | Multi-Site | CIPD5+ ideal Generous holiday | Hybrid | PHI | Pension | Progression We are recruiting an experienced HR Manager with strong, hands-on experience of complex Employee Relations (ER) and expert knowledge of UK Employment Law. This role requires someone who can manage ER cases end-to-end independently, providing clear, accurate and commercially focused HR advice. The HR Manager will support multiple sites and a wide range of leaders with differing levels of HR knowledge. Candidates must have experience working in fast-paced, multi-site environments such as hospitality, retail, catering, contract services, or fast-food/QSR head office.
