Job Description:
ESD are recruiting on behalf of a leading contractor for an experienced Fit Out Site Manager to oversee an office fit out project in Cannon Street, London. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all on-site activities for the duration of the office fit out project
* Coordinate subcontractors, materials, deliveries, and site logistics
* Ensure health & safety compliance at all times
* Maintain accurate site records and reporting
* Lead daily site briefings and liaise with the project manager and client
* Manage quality assurance, snagging, and project close-out processes
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing office fit out projects (Cat A / Cat B)
* SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold card preferred), and First Aid certified
* Strong knowledge of interior finishes, M&E coordination, and commercial fit out standards
* Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
