My client is seeking an experienced HR Manager/ HR Business Partner to provide temporary support across our UK and Ireland businesses. This role will integrate one of our three legal companies into the existing HR structure while supporting ER, benefits, policies, and employee well being.
Location: Cambridge (monthly travel to Donington, Derby)
Contract: Temporary Assignment 9 months (part-time hours 22.5 per week)
Key Responsibilities:
Support employees across three companies; integrate the third company into HR processes
Supervise and validate work of HR Shared Services team in (payroll/admin)
Manage UK ER cases (redundancy, capability, settlement agreements)
Oversee benefits and HR policy updates
Support employees with well being initiatives and occasional events
Travel to Donington, Derby once per monthRequirements:
Strong UK ER experience and ability to work independently
Experience with benefits, policies, compliance, and supervising offshore teams
