We are seeking a Sales Executive to join a prestigious automotive dealership in Falmouth. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to build a long-term career in sales with a premium brand. No previous sales experience is required – full training and support will be provided.
You’ll be responsible for converting warm leads into sales, upselling additional products such as insurance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sales journey.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and convert warm leads from database, website enquiries, offers, inbound and outbound calls.

Build strong customer relationships and deliver a first-class customer journey.
*
Upsell vehicles, insurance, and additional services.
*
Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved and measured through feedback surveys.
*
Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date with offers and promotions.
*
Achieve and exceed sales targets to maximise earning potential.

Full UK Driving Licence (must be over 21 with a maximum of 6 points due to insurance).

Ability to work full-time 5 Days per week 8.30am - 6pm including Saturdays on a rota basis.
