QUALITY & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER
Castle Donington, Leicestershire
£40,000 - £45,000 DOE
Kirkland Associates are delighted to be seeking a QHSE MANAGER with the emphasis on QUALITY for our client based in Leicestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team where you will undertake a wide ranging & challenging role to ensure the highest standards are met at all times.
The Role:
1. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
2. Responsible for maintaining and enhancing our quality assurance (QA) processes
3. Ensure all products meet all necessary requirements before they reach the customer.
4. Develop, implement and maintain an effective and robust health and safety strategy.
5. Promote a culture of health, safety and environmental responsibility across the organisation
6. Establish effective communication and consultation for health and safety matters.
7. Carry out and maintain company risk assessments and undertake regular internal safety and quality audits
8. Responsible for the development and delivery of appropriate QHSE training for employees.
9. Manage the organisation’s quality, environmental and continuous improvement management systems.
The Candidate:
10. NEBOSH General Certificate.
11. Experience within a manufacturing environment.
12. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills.
13. Good knowledge of ISO9001, 14001 & 45001.
