Louche is an established womenswear brand supplying independent boutiques and selected international retailers. We design clothes women genuinely want to wear, flattering, practical pieces made to last, and we are looking for a commercially driven Junior Wholesale Sales Executive to help us grow that presence.
This role combines new business development with the management and reactivation of existing wholesale accounts. You will introduce Louche to new retailers, present seasonal collections with confidence, and build long-term trading relationships with boutiques in the UK and internationally.
We are looking for someone who enjoys both the product and the process, someone comfortable picking up the phone, arranging appointments, talking through fabrics, fits and best-sellers, and following through to secure orders.
The Role
* Identify and approach new wholesale accounts across the UK and internationally
* Reactivate previously active retailers and rebuild trading relationships
* Manage and grow existing wholesale customers
* Present seasonal collections in a clear, commercial way
* Maintain structured follow-up to convert opportunities into orders
* Work closely with warehouse and internal teams to maximise stock availability and margin
* Support trade shows, showroom appointments and sales campaigns
* Contribute to achieving agreed sales and profitability targets
What We're Looking For
* 0–2 years' experience in sales, account management or retail
* Confident communicator, comfortable with outbound calls and outreach
* Organised, self-motivated and target-driven
* Commercially aware with an interest in product and sell-through
* Interest in fashion desirable, wholesale experience a bonus

Package
* £25,000 base salary
* Commission linked to sales performance
