Overview
An HR Manager will join an award winning High-Tech Company to take responsibility for all HR related matters; combining people management, compliance and supporting employees. Office based role.
The successful HR Manager will ideally be CIPD qualified, bringing proven knowledge of UK employment law and with experience of writing and reviewing policies and procedures together with Employee relations experience. Experience of working within a manufacturing, engineering or technology environment is highly beneficial.
Key Requirements
Key Requirements for this HR Manager role include:
* Proven experience working in an HR Generalist or HR Manager role.
* Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
* CIPD qualification.
* Experience writing and reviewing policies and procedures.
* Familiarity with HRIS systems.
* Excellent communicator and strong attention to detail.
* Highly beneficial is a background within a technology or engineering related company.
Location
The ideal HR Manager will reside within a commutable distance of North Cambridge.
