My client, a leading global technology consultancy, is searching for a Senior Sales Executive to expand their footprint in the betting and gaming sector. This is a specialist IT/software sales role designed for a seasoned professional who knows the gaming world inside out.
This is not a managerial position – it’s a high-impact individual contributor role focused on new logo hunting. You’ll rely on your strong network and market credibility to open doors, win new clients, and help betting and gaming businesses adopt next-generation technology solutions in data, AI, and cloud.
Senior Sales Executive - Betting & Gaming (IT / Software)
Location: London, UK
Salary: £100,000 - £130,000 base + double OTE (uncapped)
What you’ll be doing
* Leading enterprise sales of technology consulting and software services across the betting and gaming industry.
* Building relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and innovators across studios, publishers, platforms, and eSports organisations.
* Identifying and securing new business opportunities, leveraging your established industry network.
* Managing the full sales process – from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing.
* Representing my client at leading industry events and positioning them as a trusted technology partner.
* Keeping ahead of emerging tech – AI-driven analytics, AWS cloud, blockchain, VR/AR, and advanced player engagement strategies.
What you’ll bring
* Mandatory: A proven background in betting and gaming sales – you must have experience selling into this industry.
* A stable, consistent career history – not a candidate who changes jobs every 1–2 years, but someone who builds long-term success.
* At least 5 years’ experience in IT/software or consultancy sales, with a strong portfolio of gaming clients.
* Solid expertise in AWS cloud solutions (Azure/GCP exposure a bonus).
* A background from either a services competitor or a product company with a strong client base.
* Strong communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
* Flexibility to attend the London office, client meetings, and industry events.

* Base salary: £100,000 - £130,000 annually + double OTE (uncapped).
