Technical Sales Executive (OEM)
This is not a typical sales role. It is a critical commercial and technical position, central to building strong OEM partnerships and expanding our client's international footprint. We are seeking someone who is:
Technically driven — able to understand complex engineering solutions and communicate them with clarity and confidence.
Personable and articulate — with the presence and personality to build trust at senior levels in global organisations.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Development
Identify, qualify, and acquire new OEM partners globally.
Expand opportunities with existing customers by understanding their needs and delivering tailored technical solutions.
Represent our client as a trusted partner, building long-term value-based relationships.
Technical & Commercial Expertise
Develop a deep understanding of our client's highly technical UHV products and communicate their value effectively to both technical and commercial stakeholders.
Deliver engaging technical presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to senior decision-makers.
Act as the bridge between customers and engineering teams, ensuring customer needs are clearly understood and delivered.
Market Intelligence & Strategic Impact
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to shape business opportunities.
Provide insight to senior leadership on market positioning, customer requirements, and product direction.
Contribute to the company’s growth strategy and play an influential role in its execution.
International Engagement
Represent our client at industry events, conferences, and customer sites globally.
Travel internationally to build partnerships and strengthen the company’s presence in key markets.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Science, or related technical discipline.
Proven success in technical sales, OEM account management, or business development.
Strong technical aptitude — comfortable with complex engineering concepts and able to translate them into customer value.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a natural ability to connect with people.
Commercial acumen and a strong results-driven approach.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
Desirable Skills & Experience
Experience in the scientific equipment, precision engineering, or advanced technology sectors.
Knowledge of CRM systems and modern sales enablement tools.
Additional language skills beyond English.
