Position: Site Manager
Type: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours/week
We are seeking a Site Manager to join our team based in Welwyn, AL8 6AE.
About the Role
You will lead the daily activities of the project, ensuring adherence to best practices and governance standards. Your responsibilities include meeting business objectives within time, cost, and budget constraints, supporting bid and business development processes. You will manage operational, commercial, and contractual KPIs to maximize service delivery and productivity, focusing on quality assurance, service accessibility, responsiveness, and client feedback.
About You
Candidates should have proven experience in a similar role, with knowledge of profit and loss accounting, budget management, and familiarity with MS systems or similar task management tools. Experience in responsive, cyclical, and planned maintenance services is essential. You should possess excellent leadership skills to motivate teams and deliver excellent customer service. A Level 4 NVQ in Construction Site Supervision or higher is required. A valid UK driving license held for at least 12 months is necessary, as a company vehicle will be provided for work purposes. Flexibility to travel to various sites is also required.
