Acorn by Synergie is seeking a safety-conscious and reliable individuals with a valid CSCS & CCNSG Safety Passport to work with our clinet on a large project in Port Talbot. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily site operations while ensuring strict adherence to health and safety protocols
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate in compliance with all site safety procedures and legal requirements.
* Carry out assigned tasks including general laboring, equipment handling, and/or assisting skilled trades.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
* Attend and contribute to site briefings and toolbox talks.
* Report any unsafe practices or incidents immediately to supervisors.
* Assist with setup and demobilization of site activities.
Requirements:
* Valid CCNSG Safety Passport (Mandatory).
* Valid CSCS Card (Mandatory).
* Asbestos Awareness Certificate (can help with this).
* Previous experience on industrial or construction sites preferred.
* Strong understanding of health and safety practices.
* Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
* Good communication skills and reliability.
* Additional tickets (e.g., IPAF are an advantage.
