You will be expected to:
* Carry out all site works as instructed by the Site Manager, adhering to BDW standards and procedures.
* Inspect on-site signage, including sale signs, plot signs, and safety signs, ensuring they are clean and in good repair.
* Take personal responsibility for health and safety on site and report any breaches.
* Ensure protection of fixed materials is maintained and that subcontractors follow safety procedures.

* Keep all plots under construction tidy and free of surplus materials.
* Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress and safety.
* Segregate and recycle waste following group guidelines.
* Check show home gardens and public spaces weekly, removing any rubbish.
