My client is an esteemed quality Hotel Group, looking for a HR Assistant Manager for their property in Cardiff & Bristol. 100+ bedrooms, multiple bars & function rooms.
The Job
As Assistant HR you will be reporting to the Manager , assist in the process to oversee all people-related functions, includingrecruitment, on-boarding, training & development, benefits, maintaining employee relations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in Recruitment & On-boarding: Managing the full hiring life-cycle, from sourcing to integration.
- Training & Development: Identifying needs, planning and coordinating learning programs with heads of department and delivering in house training sessions.
- Document Performance Management: Developing and implementing performance review systems.
- Employee Relations: Fostering a positive work environment, handling grievances and overseeing disciplinary actions.
