Working Hours: 08:30 : 16:30 Full time, Office Based.
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are working with an established and well recognised Retail and distribution business who have opened their new site in Stowmarket
Main Responsibilities of the HR Administrator:
* Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
* Assist payroll department by providing relevant information
* Participate in HR activities such as job fairs and wellbeing events.
* Prepare letters in relation to disciplinary outcomes.
* Assist with absence management.
* Maintain accurate records.
* Administration of disciplinary processes
* Prepare letters, and documentation in relation to HR activities.
Experience and Skills required
* Good computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Suite.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Good time management and organisational skills.
* Desire to learn and take on new challenges.
