Come and join our team as a Recruitment and HR Administrator!
This is a permanent position to work full time hours (35 hours). The successful candidate will work standard office hours Monday to Friday with hybrid working - 4 days from the office and 1 day at home to begin with.
Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide recruitment support to all resorts
* Support with shortlisting incoming applicants and manage candidate pipelines.
* Conduct pre-screen interviews.
* Schedule interviews with Hiring Managers.
* Chase and collate interview feedback.
* Liaise effectively with Department Heads and Managers.
* Assist with wider HR duties as required.
* Carry out general administration tasks to support the HR team.
* Support HR by drafting and sending offers of employment to successful candidates.
* Support HR by processing employees on the HRIS
* Support the Recruitment advisor to promote job opportunities across all social media platforms to boost engagement.
* Overseeing the processing of agency invoices and responding to agency-related requests.
What we are looking for:
* Proven experience in internal recruitment or HR team.
* Skilled in behavioural/competency-based interviewing.
* Experience using ATS systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Talos365).
* Experience using a HRIS (iTrent, BreatheHR, ADP etc).
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies at once.
* Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills.
* A driving licence is advantageous but not required.
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
* Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
