Key Responsibilities:
* Talking to customers who have access to The Charge Scheme and engage them in using the service.
* Walking customers through what The Charge Scheme is and the cost saving effect it can have.
* Delivering a 5* customer service experience to every customer.
* Working with the EVS management team to understand best practices with the engagement of customers who have access to The Charge Scheme.
About you:
* A minimum 12months sales experience
* Exposure to the automotive, charging or renewable energy industries would be beneficial.
* You're driven and eager to build a career in sales.
* You're great with people and motivated to deliver a 5* customer service.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
