The Role
As anInside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and converting inbound leads across various channels. Your role will involve engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process to close deals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handling and qualifying new inbound leads via phone, email, and online inquiries
2. Engaging with prospective customers, identifying their needs, and presenting tailored solutions
3. Managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring sales targets are met
4. Maintaining detailed customer interaction records in the CRM system
5. Collaborating with internal teams, including Marketing and Customer Experience, to ensure seamless customer service
