As a Human Resources Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function. You’ll be responsible for:Managing employee data across HR, time & attendance systems.
1. Supporting recruitment activities, onboarding new starters, and maintaining HR records.
2. Handling general HR administration, including sickness absence, disciplinary records, andpliance checks.
3. Producing reports and statistics, including ONS submissions.
4. Collaborating with the leadership team and contributing to HR projects and initiatives.
5. Occasionally supporting Payroll
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (35 hours per week).
What you'll need to succeed
6. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
7. Experience in HR administration, ideally within a manufacturing or similar environment.
8. Strong systems understanding
9. High attention to detail and excellent administrative skills.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
