Labourers - Pipe Fitting, Drainlaying & Water Reticulation
AWF Blenheim are looking for reliable labourers to join our crew across a range of civil and 3‑waters projects in Marlborough.
The work includes but not limited to:
1. Digging and preparing trenches
2. Laying, fitting, joining and connecting pipes
3. Assisting qualified drainlayers with installs and repairs
4. Water reticulation works
5. Using hand tools, power tools and small plant
6. Spotting for machinery and maintaining safe zones
7. Cutting, measuring and prepping materials
8. Site clean‑ups and general labouring across civil projects
9. Supporting irrigation or plumbing tasks where required
Experience in irrigation or plumbing is a bonus, but not essential - our client can train the right people with the right attitude.
What you need:
10. Full Class 1 license
11. Class 2 or WTR endorsements are an advantage but not essential
12. Fit for work and able to lift 25kg+
13. Great team attitude and able to follow instructions
14. Reliable, safety‑focused and able to use your initiative
15. Strong Health & Safety awareness
16. Reliable transport
17. Keen to work hard, learn and get stuck in
Pre‑employment:
