As our In-House Recruiter, you’ll play a central role in shaping the future of our business by attracting, engaging, and hiring the high-caliber talent needed for the business. The Purpose of the Role You’ll lead the recruitment activity from start to finish, partnering with hiring managers and HR to deliver, and refine a first-class, inclusive, and robust recruitment process. Your day to day will be to: Build strong partnerships with the HR Manager and hiring managers to understand business needs and shape recruitment activity. Lead and manage multiple recruitment campaigns from initiation to hire. Put in place innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality talent, including direct sourcing, referrals, and online search tools. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including screening, assessments, interviews, offer management, and onboarding handovers. Craft compelling job adverts and help shape engaging job descriptions aligned with business goals. Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring consistency, fairness, and structure in selection processes. Champion an inclusive and positive experience for all applicants – whether successful or not. Track and analyse key recruitment metrics such as time to hire and cost per hire, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records using our applicant tracking system and ensure data integrity and compliance. Stay compliant with all UK recruitment and employment legislation and best practices. What We’re Looking For Proven in-house or agency recruitment experience, preferably within a regulated fast-paced or service-driven environment. Strong interpersonal skills – able to engage stakeholders at all levels and act as a trusted advisor. Ensuring a high quality recruitment process matching candidates, the needs of the role and Company A creative and resourceful mindset – confident using a variety of sourcing tools and techniques. Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities simultaneously. Understanding of recruitment metrics and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
