Your new role
HR Manager, permanent, Bristol, onsite. UK experience essential!
This is a new position to enhance the HR team and support/facilitate the growth of the business in a fast-paced environment. In summary, the role will be to support the Head of HR in delivering HR Management support for the business, including:
* HR Process and Compliance
* Performance Management
* Training and Development
* Culture and Wellbeing
* Company Policies.
What you'll need to succeed
HR experience essential for this post - this opportunity wil suit an experienced HR Manager/ HRBP or someone at Senior HR Advisor level.
Ideally experienced in blue collar environments - manufacturing, logistics, engineering etc.
Ideally CIPD qualified
Competent in using Microsoft Office and Outlook
Excellent time management skills with a flexible approach to work
