Freelance Site Manager – Hinckley, Leicestershire, Rate - £260 £285/shift
We’re currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager for an upcoming project based in Hinckley, Leicestershire.
Start Date:
Monday 14th July 2025
Duration: Approx. 10 weeks
Project Overview:
This is the final phase of a commercial building refurbishment. You will be converting a designated area into a gym facility, including shower installations. The building remains operational during the works, so you will be working in a live environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations and coordinate with subcontractors
*
Manage H&S on site and ensure all works are completed to high standards
*
Liaise closely with the client and maintain a strong on-site presence
*
Ensure project milestones are met and site is well-organised and safe
Requirements:
*
Previous experience managing live building sites
*
Client-facing and confident communicator
*
Able to take ownership of the site and drive the project forward

SMSTS
*
First Aid at Work
*
Fire Marshal Certification
