About the role
Are you looking to start your HR career with a supportive team?
We are working with a lovely charity based in Gateshead who are looking to recruit an HR Administrator on a temporary contract until the end of December 2025.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all people-related administration, including recruitment, to employee lifecycle changes, through to leaver administration, induction and general ad hoc duties.

You will be responsible for:
6. Managing the onboarding process for new employees, from issuing offers to making arrangements for a seamless onboarding experience.
7. Supporting existing employees, handling their people-related requests.
8. Have a good understanding of the employee lifecycle and be an approachable point of contact for employees.
9. Managing administrative tasks efficiently.
10. Maintaining accurate data on systems and keeping them up to date
11. Collaborating closely with the HR Manager and HR Advisor.
12. Supporting with projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and quality of our HR services.
What do we need?
13. If you are looking to start a new role and have previous HR Admin experience, we would love to hear from you.
14. Ideally you will be at least CIPD level 3 qualified and have worked in a fast-paced team environment.
15. For this position, you must be available to start immediately and be able to commit to a four month temporary contract.
