Location: Dublin, Arthur Cox
Rate of Pay: €24 per hour
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 15:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day running of a high-volume catering site, ensuring smooth service delivery, maintaining service standards, and ensuring all operational processes run efficiently across kitchen, front-of-house, and retail areas.
* Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and hygiene regulations, conducting regular audits, risk assessments, and training to maintain a safe environment for customers and staff.
* Manage, motivate, and develop a team of staff, including recruitment, training, rotas, performance management, and fostering a positive, high-performance working culture.
* Control budgets, monitor costs, and drive profitability through effective stock management, labour control, and financial reporting, ensuring the site meets agreed financial targets.
