This is a fantastic opportunity for any Motor Industry experienced individual to join a longstanding company that offers many routes for progression.
Permanent role. Monday - Friday position.
Place of work is Belfast (Boucher)
Salary

Responsibilities
* Work collaboratively within a team to manage all incoming calls and emails, both internal and external.
* Liaise effectively with manufacturers.
* Keep accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle details, repairs, and movements.
* Approve mechanical repairs and coordinate with service providers to ensure vehicles remain safe and roadworthy.
* Organise, authorise, and oversee rental bookings, including handling damages and fines.
* Process Road Fund Licences (RFL), MOTs, and PCNs.
* Prepare and manage invoices and recharges.
* Generate weekly and monthly reports.
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience within a Car Dealership or experience in a similar position
* Ability to multi-task while keeping a positive attitude both to your work and our customers
* Full valid UK driving license
