Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as a culinary professional. Duties
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
* Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and of high quality.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.
* Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all customers.
* Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
* Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes.
* Serve meals to customers with attention to presentation and detail.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant setting.
* Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques and meal preparation methods.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
* A team player with strong communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues.
