The Opportunity & School Profile This Outstanding secondary academy in Leeds requires a highly motivated Site Manager committed to operational excellence. The role demands a hands-on, proactive approach to site management, ensuring the teaching and learning environment is consistently safe, compliant, and impeccably well-presented for the whole school community. Core Responsibilities & Scope Operational Leadership: Overseeing the site team, managing day-to-day operations, security, and cleaning contracts. Compliance & Safety: Responsibility for regular statutory checks, preventative maintenance logs, and adherence to H&S regulations. Lettings & Usage: Managing the logistical and security aspects of school lettings and community use during evenings and weekends. Compensation & Benefits Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (52 weeks per year). Salary Range: £34,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
