Our client provides engineering and risk management solutions and seeks a Business Development Manager to promote growth in the Renewable Energy sector, focusing on Wind, Oil, and Gas (onshore and offshore). This key commercial role is ideal for someone eager to impact one of the UK’s most rapidly evolving industries.
You will play a strategic role in developing long-term client and channel partnerships, delivering tailored asset reliability and maintenance solutions, and supporting the transition to a more sustainable energy infrastructure.
What's on offer
* Base salary from £50,000
* £5,500 annual car allowance
* Uncapped commission via a competitive sales incentive plan

What You’ll Do
* Develop and manage strategic relationships in Wind, Oil, and Gas sectors
* Identify new opportunities to maximize growth across projects, regions, and accounts
* Lead technical proposals and commercial bids
* Coordinate with internal teams for project delivery
* Produce profitable quotes aligned with customer needs
* Support long-term sales strategies and pipeline growth
* Oversee technical sign-offs and peer reviews on proposals
What You’ll Need
* Degree in engineering or related field (Chartered or Incorporated status is a plus)
* Experience in load monitoring or a technical/engineering environment
* Understanding of UK renewables, Wind, Oil & Gas sectors
* Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Full UK driving license
