The Role: In this role, you will take responsibility of residential projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include: Be responsible for the overall management and delivery of projects. Ensuring exceptional standards of quality control and workmanship on-site. Overseeing health & safety, and environmental compliance. Managing resources, coordinating teams, and ensuring construction programs meet deadlines. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with tradespeople, engineers etc. Interacting with customers. Driving innovation on site and identifying opportunities for improvement. Creating and implementing construction programs. Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, building regulations and company standards. Lead the team by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and providing hands-on support when needed. Qualifications and Experience: Were looking for candidates who demonstrate the following: Experience as a Site Manager (ideally 5 years) in the construction industry, preferably in residential projects. Comprehensive knowledge of all stages of residential construction, including setting out for civil works. Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations. Excellent attention to detail, with strong organisational skills. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Relevant qualifications and certifications if possible (e.g., CSR, CSCS, First Aid). Proficiency in computer software such as Outlook, Word, and Excel. Why Join Us?
