Site Manager – Phoenix Birmingham
Location: Phoenix Birmingham, B24 9PS
Hours: Monday – Friday. Shift options: 6am–2pm, 9am–5pm, 2pm–10pm (flexible around business needs).
Pay: £15.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
* Clean and maintain communal areas as directed.
* Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
* Empty bins and ensure proper disposal of waste.
* Replenish supplies and material requirements.
* Dust and wipe down surfaces, including shelves and equipment.
* Report any maintenance or operational issues.
* Follow all health and safety regulations.
* Ensure a consistently high standard of service is delivered.
* Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
