Our client based in County Durham are looking for an experienced Site Manager to work on a contract basis from 20th March until 10th April.
The role responsibilities:
* Managing day-to-day site operations
* Overseeing Solar PV Installations, cavity extract & refill and ventilation works.
* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
* Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
* Delivering daily tool box talks
Requirements:
* Must have a valid SMSTS, First Aid at Work, DBS check and Asbestos Awareness.
* Proven experience working as a Site Manager.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Experience overseeing multiple trades
