What is a Riverstone Residence? Think of a blend of outstanding apartments, with the services of a private members' club and a luxury hotel, all designed for the over 65s. Beautiful homes, exceptional services, amenities, and a strong sense of community and belonging.
The Fitness Instructor will be responsible for delivering Riverstone’s core fitness offerings, supporting residents to maintain or improve their physical strength, mobility, and confidence in a safe, welcoming environment.
This is for you if…

* You have experience working with older adults and a passion for later-life wellbeing.
Key responsibilities of the Fitness Instructor
* Deliver resident gym inductions, including functional mobility assessments and exercise programs tailored to individual needs.

* Conduct annual fitness reviews, assess progress, and update individual fitness plans.
* Support the coordination of external instructors’ bookings.
* Collaborate with Wellbeing Ambassadors and the wider team to provide holistic support to residents.
A rewarding role

* Opportunities for private personal training sessions outside core hours, with income retained by you.
* 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday at Kensington or Fulham residences.
* Benefits include:
* Enhanced pension
* Free main meals on duty from our on-site restaurant
* 25% discount in our restaurants (conditions apply)
* Annual health screening
* Access to discounts and cashback from retailers on everyday and special items.
